Using 随便 for "casual," "feel free to," and "no matter"

As an adjective or adverb, 随便 describes a relaxed, not-fussy attitude. In offers, it's commonly used in set phrases like 随便你 / 随便吧 to mean 'whatever you like' or 'feel free to.'

Used before question words like 谁, 什么, 哪儿, 怎么, 随便 means 'no matter (who / what / where / how),' indicating that the answer doesn't matter.
