Expressing "related to..." with 有关的

The pattern 跟/和 + Topic + 有关的 + Noun means 'Noun related to Topic.' Use this structure to describe a noun that is connected to a particular topic. Be careful to place 有关的 immediately before the noun and not to omit the 的.

  • 我和他分手了,跟他有关的事情我都不想知道。
    Wǒ hé tā fēnshǒu le, gēn tā yǒuguān de shìqing wǒ dōu bù xiǎng zhīdào.

  • 他对中国很感兴趣,跟中国有关的故事他都很感兴趣。
    Tā duì Zhōngguó hěn gǎn xìngqù, gēn Zhōngguó yǒuguān de gùshi tā dōu hěn gǎn xìngqù.
    He is very interested in China, he is interested in anything related to Chinese history.
  • 和这个项目有关的资料都需要保密。
    hé zhège xiàngmù yǒuguān de zīliào dōu xūyào bǎomì.
    Any information related to this project needs to be kept confidential.
  • 和这个人有关的一切，我都想了解。
    hé zhège rén yǒuguān de yīqiè, wǒ dōu xiǎng liǎojiě.
    I want to know everything about this person.
