Expressing "especially" with 尤其

尤其 is an adverb meaning "especially" or "particularly," used to single out one thing from a group as more notable than the rest.

It is placed before the element being emphasized, often after a general statement that sets up the contrast.

Structure

尤其 + (是) + Noun/Phrase

Often paired with 是 for emphasis, but 是 is optional.
