Advanced uses of 把
The 把 construction can include 给 before the main verb to add a colloquial, emphatic tone. This pattern is common in spoken Chinese, making the action sound more direct or definitive. Don’t confuse this 给 with the verb 'to give'—it functions as a structural particle here.
Structure
Subj. + 把 + Obj. + 给 + Verb Phrase
给 adds emphasis or a sense of completion; used mainly in informal speech.
