靓 is a bound form (must attach to another character) meaning 'beautiful, attractive'. It appears in literary compounds like 靓丽 (jìnglì, 'beautiful') and 靓妆 (jìngzhuāng, 'fine dress'). Note that in colloquial Cantonese-influenced Mandarin, it is often pronounced liàng and used as a standalone adjective (e.g. 靓女 liàngnǚ 'pretty girl'), but in HSK 7 contexts it retains the jìng reading as a bound morpheme.
