采纳 (cǎi nà) means to accept and adopt an opinion, suggestion, or plan after consideration. Compare with 采取 (cǎi qǔ), which is used for taking measures or actions (e.g., 采取行动), and 采用 (cǎi yòng), which means to adopt or employ a specific method, system, or technology (e.g., 采用新技术).
