那是 is a colloquial fixed phrase meaning 'of course' or 'naturally'. It is used as an interjection-like response to agree strongly with a statement or to accept a compliment with confidence. It is more informal than 当然 (dāngrán), and is common in spoken Chinese. Use it when you want to say 'absolutely' or 'you bet'.
