迷恋 means 'to be infatuated with' — a strong, often romantic passion that may be excessive. It's less severe and more neutral than 痴迷 'obsessed' or 沉迷 'addicted' (which carries a warning tone). 热爱 is purely positive deep love without the excessive hint.
