Definition
辞行 is a separable verb (离合词) meaning 'to say goodbye before a journey' — you bid farewell to someone you're leaving behind. The two characters split apart when you add aspect markers or time expressions: 辞了行 (said goodbye), 辞过行 (have said goodbye). You usually pair it with the person you're leaving by using 向 / 跟 / 和 before the person: 向朋友辞行. Unlike 告别 which is more general, 辞行 always implies a departure trip.
v.o.
