转折点 (zhuǎnzhédiǎn) is a neutral term for a turning point—a moment when a decisive change occurs, positive or negative. 转机 (zhuǎnjī) specifically means a turn for the better (or a connecting flight), while 契机 (qìjī) emphasizes a critical opportunity that opens a new direction. 关键 (guānjiàn) is simply a crucial point, not necessarily a change.
