Definition
转交 (zhuǎn jiāo) means to pass on or forward a physical item (package, document) to someone, often through an intermediary. It differs from 转发 (zhuǎn fā), which is for digital messages, and from 转告/转达 (zhuǎn gào/zhuǎn dá), which are for verbal messages. 传递 (chuán dì) is broader and can apply to both objects and information.
