身体 (shēn tǐ) is the standard, everyday word for the physical body and also for 'health' (e.g. 身体好 'in good health'). It is broader than 人体 (rén tǐ), which refers specifically to the human body in a scientific or anatomical sense, and more formal than the colloquial 身子 (shēn zi).
