Definition
身体力行 is a four-character chengyu (set phrase) meaning 'to practice what one preaches' or 'to lead by example through personal action'. Literally 'body + personally + do', it describes someone who actively carries out the principles or advice they give others. It is often used in formal or evaluative contexts to praise someone's integrity and consistency between words and deeds. Note that the standard full pinyin is shēn tǐ lì xíng, but the input record shows only shēn tī; the lesson data may need correction.
