跪倒 is a resultative verb compound formed from 跪 (to kneel) and 倒 (to fall). It means to fall to one's knees, either literally or figuratively to grovel. Like many resultative compounds, it can be separated with 得/不 to indicate possibility, e.g., 跪得倒 (can kneel down) or 跪不倒 (cannot kneel down).
