Definition
费加罗 is the Chinese transliteration of 'Figaro', a cultural loanword from Western opera and literature. It most commonly refers to the character from Mozart's opera 'The Marriage of Figaro' (费加罗的婚礼) or to the French daily newspaper Le Figaro. Although the part-of-speech tag is 'place name', in practice it functions as a proper noun for a person or publication.
