象话 is a non-standard variant of 像话 (xiàng huà), meaning 'reasonable' or 'proper'. It is almost always used in the negative form 不像话 (bù xiàng huà), meaning 'unreasonable', 'outrageous', or 'inappropriate'. You can use it to criticize behavior or statements that are not acceptable.
