Definition
说一不二 is a four-character idiom (成语) meaning 'one's word is final' or 'to be as good as one's word'. It describes someone who never goes back on their promise and always follows through. The literal image is 'say one, not two' — once something is said, there is no second version. It is often used as a predicate or attribute to praise someone's reliability.
