Definition
计策 (jì cè) refers to a clever, often deceptive plan designed to outwit an opponent, especially in military or political contexts. It is more specific and cunning than 策略 (cè lüè 'strategy/tactic'), which is a broader method for achieving a goal. 战略 (zhàn lüè) is high-level, long-term strategy, while 对策 (duì cè) is a countermeasure for a particular problem.
