视窗 is a Chinese calque for 'window' in computing — it refers to the graphical user interface element on a screen. It's most famously associated with Microsoft Windows (微软视窗), but can describe any application window or dialog box. The word is more formal and technical than the everyday 窗口 (chuāngkǒu), which also means 'window' in both physical and computing contexts.
