虽说 (suī shuō) is a colloquial conjunction meaning 'although, even though', used mainly in everyday speech. It is less formal than 虽然 (suī rán), the standard written form, and more conversational than 尽管 (jǐn guǎn) or 虽 (suī), which are more literary.
