蘑菇 (mó gu) is primarily a noun meaning 'mushroom'. Colloquially it can also be used as a verb meaning 'to pester' or 'to dawdle', but this is less common than the standard verbs 磨 (mó) for 'to dawdle/pester' and 缠 (chán) for 'to pester'.
