藏身 (cáng shēn) specifically means 'to hide oneself' — the 身 (body) makes it about the person hiding. Unlike 藏 (cáng), which can also hide objects, and 躲 (duǒ), which emphasizes dodging/avoiding, 藏身 is for people hiding themselves. For taking refuge from danger, use 避难 (bì nàn).
