Definition
自有 is a formal, literary verb phrase meaning 'have, possess, own'. It is stronger and more definitive than the plain 有, often used in written Chinese or set phrases (e.g. 自有妙计 'have a clever plan up one's sleeve'). It is not typical in casual conversation; use 有 instead.
