Definition
脑满肠肥 is a four-character idiom (chengyu) that literally describes someone with a full brain and fat intestines, but metaphorically refers to a wealthy, idle person who overindulges in food and leisure, often with a potbelly and a simple-minded appearance. It is used derogatorily to criticize the idle rich who are gluttonous and lazy.
