Definition
联名 is a separable verb (离合词) meaning 'to jointly sign' — a group of people co-signing a document, petition, or letter to show collective support or protest. Because it's a v.o. (verb-object) compound, aspect markers like 了 or 过 and measure words like 次 go between the two characters: 联了名, 联过名, 联一次名. In modern commercial contexts, 联名 is also widely used as a modifier for co-branded or collaborative products (e.g. 联名款 'collaborative collection').
