职场 (zhí chǎng) refers to the workplace or professional environment — the setting where people work. It is different from 职业 (zhí yè), which means 'occupation' or 'profession' (the type of work you do), and from 职工 (zhí gōng), which means 'staff' or 'workers' (the people who work).
