老二 is the colloquial Chinese term for the second oldest son (or second-oldest male sibling) in a family. It follows the pattern 老 + number for birth order: 老大 (oldest), 老二, 老三, etc. The word is also used as vulgar slang for the penis, but in most learning contexts you will encounter the familial meaning. Be aware that using it in the wrong context can cause offense.
