Definition
结果 (jiéguǒ) is a neutral word for 'result' or 'outcome' — it can be good or bad. As a conjunction it means 'as a result, in the end'. Unlike 后果 (hòuguǒ) which always implies negative consequences, 结果 is neutral. Also, 结论 (jiélùn) is a 'conclusion' reached through reasoning, not just any outcome.
