细致 (xì zhì) means 'meticulous, fine' — it can describe either the delicate quality of workmanship/texture or a careful, thorough approach to a task. It is broader than 仔细 (zǐ xì, HSK4, careful in a general sense) and 精致 (jīng zhì, HSK6, which only refers to the exquisite appearance of objects, not a person's work style).
