Definition
纳入 (nà rù) means 'to incorporate into' – bringing something into an existing system, framework, or document (e.g., a policy into law, data into a report). It stresses the action of adding into a larger structure. This is more formal than 融入 (which implies blending into an environment) and distinct from 整合 (consolidating separate parts into one whole).
