累人 (should be lèi rén, not léi) is both a stative verb (s.v.) meaning 'tiring' or 'demanding' and a verb-object compound (v.o.) meaning 'to wear someone out'. As a v.o., it can separate: a complement like 死 (in 累死人 'tire to death') or a duration can go between 累 and 人. Use 很累人 for 'very tiring' and 太累人了 for 'too tiring (for people)'.
