管理 (guǎnlǐ) is the general, everyday verb for 'to manage' — used for companies, time, projects, and teams. It is broader than 监督 (jiāndū, to supervise/monitor closely) and less formal than 治理 (zhìlǐ, to govern/administer at a macro level). For most routine management situations, 管理 is the natural choice.
