Definition
管家婆 literally means 'house-manager woman'. In everyday speech it often refers to a person (usually female) who meddles in everything — a busybody, with a derogatory tone. It can also mean 'housewife' or 'female house manager', but the derogatory 'busybody' sense is much more common in modern Chinese. Use with care; it is generally not a compliment.
