答复 (dáfù) is a formal word for 'to answer, to reply', used especially in official or written correspondence (emails, letters). It is more formal than the everyday 回答 (huídá, HSK3). Unlike 回复 (huífù, HSK4), which can also mean 'to recover', 答复 is primarily about giving a response.
