Definition
笨重 describes objects that are both heavy in weight and awkward to handle or move. It differs from 沉重 (chén zhòng), which can also mean 'heavy' but often refers to weight or emotional gravity, and from 笨拙 (bèn zhuō), which means 'clumsy' in movement or skill without implying heaviness.
