Definition
目光 (mù guāng) means the look or expression in one's eyes (gaze), and also figuratively the attention or focus of a group ('all eyes on...') or long-term vision. It differs from 眼光 (yǎn guāng), which emphasizes the direction of one's sight or one's discerning perspective/taste; 眼光 is about insight or judgment, while 目光 can mean simply the collective attention or foresight.
