盗汗是中医术语，指入睡后不自觉出汗、醒来时汗止的症状。字面意思是“偷偷流汗”，因为出汗发生在睡眠中、患者不易察觉。在中医诊断中，盗汗常与阴虚或内热相关。现代医学也使用“night sweat”这一对应说法，但中文学习者了解“盗汗”的语境（如看中医、描述病症）会更准确。
