瘸 (qué) means 'to be lame, to limp' — it describes a walking impairment, often from an injury. It is different from 瘫 (tān), which means 'to be paralyzed' (complete loss of movement or sensation), a more severe condition. 瘸 is a verb that can take complements like 瘸了 or 瘸着.
