由衷 (yóu zhōng) is a formal verb meaning 'sincere, heartfelt, from the bottom of one's heart'. It is stronger and more literary than 真心 (zhēn xīn 'genuine feelings'), and unlike 衷心 (zhōng xīn), it emphasizes that the feeling comes from deep within, not just polite expression.
