甜 (tián) is the everyday word for the taste 'sweet', used directly for food and drinks. 甜蜜 and 甜美 are more abstract: 甜蜜 describes sweet feelings (love, memories) and 甜美 adds a sense of pleasantness (taste, sound, life); they are not used for literal food taste.
