瑕疵 (xiá cī) refers to a physical flaw or blemish on an object's surface, like a scratch on a screen or an imperfection in a gem. It is more concrete and visual than 缺点 (general shortcoming) or 缺陷 (defect in structure/function), and is rarely used for personal character flaws.
