父女 (fù nǚ) refers to a father and daughter as a pair or their relationship, e.g., 'father-daughter bond'. Unlike 父母 (fù mǔ 'parents'), which covers both parents, 父女 specifies one father and one daughter. It is similar in structure to 父子 (fù zǐ 'father and son') and 母女 (mǔ nǚ 'mother and daughter').
