熟视无睹 is a four-character idiom (成语) that literally means 'to look at something familiar but not see it'. It describes ignoring or overlooking something because you are so used to it. You often use it to criticize people who disregard problems or injustices they encounter every day. For example, 对腐败现象熟视无睹 means 'to turn a blind eye to corruption'.
