Definition
濒危 (bīn wēi) means 'endangered' and is used almost exclusively for species or cultural heritage on the brink of extinction. 濒临 (bīn lín) is broader — it means 'to be on the verge of' any negative event (e.g., bankruptcy, collapse). 危及 (wēi jí) is a transitive verb meaning 'to endanger, to threaten' something else.
