温和 (wēn hé) describes a person's gentle, kind character or voice, or a mild climate/policy. It is broader than 温柔 (wēn róu), which specifically describes a tender, sweet demeanor (often of a person's nature or touch). 平和 (píng hé) is more about a calm, placid state (temperament or atmosphere), while 柔和 (róu hé) focuses on softness of light, sound, or texture.
