Definition
淘气包 is a colloquial, affectionate (or mildly teasing) term for a child who is mischievous and playful. The suffix 包 adds a sense of endearment, similar to calling someone a 'little rascal' or 'little imp' in English. It's used mostly for kids, but can be applied to adults in a joking way.
