没劲 (méi jìn) has two common meanings: (1) 'boring, uninteresting' — more colloquial than 没意思 (méi yìsi) and 无聊 (wúliáo), often used for activities or things; (2) 'to have no energy, feel weak' — used for physical or mental exhaustion. Unlike 无聊, 没劲 can describe a person's lack of energy, not just boredom.
