沁 is a literary verb meaning 'to seep or permeate' — often used for fragrances or liquids spreading subtly into something. It can also mean 'to soak' or 'to infuse' something in water (e.g. for tea). A rarer, dialectal sense is 'to droop or hang (of the head)'.
