此时此刻 is a fixed four-character expression that intensifies the sense of 'right now' or 'at this very moment,' often carrying emotional weight — excitement, urgency, nostalgia, or determination. It's used in formal or literary contexts, and sometimes in speech when the speaker wants to emphasize the immediacy of the moment. Unlike the simpler 现在 (xiànzài, now), 此时此刻 stresses the uniqueness or significance of the present instant.
