模模糊糊 is the reduplicated form of 模糊 (vague/unclear). The ABAB pattern (A模B糊 → A模A模B糊B糊) adds emphasis and a slightly colloquial, descriptive feel — it often describes visual or mental haziness. You can use it for blurry images, unclear memories, or ambiguous statements.
